Most San Diego classifieds allow anyone and everyone to post free ads on their sites. Now, that's okay if you don't mind attracting every scammer and rip off artist in the world to your site.
At Top Local Pros, we take a different approach. You wouldn't want bad people browsing your neighborhood, and we don't want them browsing ours. We screen each and every ad prior to being posted on our site. Now, we don't boast the large numbers as some of the other sites do, but we're okay with that because we'll take quality over quantity any day!
What good would it do to accept every ad submitted when a large portion of the ads are just junk anyway? It makes no sense to us. Our pre-screening process weeds out the junk so that you don't have to!
Anyone can launch an automated classified ads site, but it takes real commitment, dedication and genuine concern about the end result to require that each ad be human edited and reviewed for appropriateness and professionalism, but that's exactly what we do at Top Local Pros.
On rare occasions, sometimes people become angry because their ad was not approved, but that goes along with the territory and we accept that.
